Boxes ship on the 1st of every month. Orders placed before the 25th will be included in that month's shipment. Orders after the 25th ship with the following month's box.

Absolutely. You can pause or cancel anytime from your account dashboard with no fees or penalties. We just ask that you cancel before the 25th of the month to avoid being charged for the next box.

When you sign up, you'll fill out a short runner profile (distance, terrain, dietary preferences). We use this to personalize your crate as much as possible. Full customization is coming soon!

Yes! Free standard shipping is included on all plans within the contiguous US. Expedited shipping and international shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
